Pesach: Taking terumot and ma'aserot from horseradish with a blessing

Do I need to separate terumot and ma'aserot from horseradish (chrain) with a blessing?

If terumot and ma'aserot were definitely not taken from horseradish, one should take terumot and ma'aserot from it with a blessing. It is just like any other vegetable (potatoes, etc.).
